We’re convinced that following Jesus makes all the difference. But sadly, too many folks who claim to follow Jesus do anything but.
They’ve been given a version of Christianity that says following Jesus looks like posting for Jesus, campaigning for Jesus, or slapping on a bumper sticker for Jesus. But they’ve never been invited to do what Jesus did, or to love what Jesus loved.
That breaks our heart.
It’s not the way Christianity is supposed to be.
On Hot Tub Christianity, we’re committed to honest conversations about what needs to change in our churches, in our political advocacy, in our relationships, and in our Christian subculture.
We’re here to imagine.
We want to encourage our sisters and brothers to leave behind a faith experience that twists, manipulates and markets Jesus, and to return to what Christianity has always been all about.
To come back to the only thing that changes everything.
To follow Jesus once more.
